Return Policy

At Blue Springs Animal Hospital & Pet Resort our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with our services and products.  If you have problems with your order or are dissatisfied for any reason, please call us at 816-229-1544 and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged Packages and Order Discrepancies
Sometimes things get damaged or lost in the mail, and mistakes do happen. If you received a damaged package or there’s a problem with your order, just call us at 816-229-1544 to make arrangements for a replacement or correction at no expense to you.

Non-Prescription Drug Product Returns
Our hassle-free return policy allows you to return nonprescription unopened products in their original packaging to our hospital for a full refund. If you choose to mail the products back the shipping charges will be at your expense unless you have called us and other arrangements have been made.

Prescription Drug Returns
If there is a problem or concern about your prescription drug order, please call us. With the exception of full unopened bottles of medications in their original packaging, we are not legally permitted to restock prescription drugs. However, if there has been a mistake or some other issue, in some cases we may choose to dispose of the drugs and provide you with a refund or replacement.

Pet Foods and Prescription Diets
We will accept returns of unopened and undamaged cans or bags of food. If the food has been opened but your pet will not eat the food or there is another problem, please call us. Often the pet food manufacturer will allow us to refund or replace diets if you are not satisfied for any reason.
