Digoxin is prescribed for the treatment of cardiovascular conditions. Use only as directed by your veterinarian. Frequent monitoring by your veterinarian of your pet’s condition is strongly advised while using this medication. Consult with your veterinarian and adhere to recommendations and recheck schedules closely.
The difference between the treatment dose and the dose that causes serious side effects is small with this medicaton. Do not adjust the medication dose unless directed by your veterinarian. Contact your veterinarian immediately if your pet shows decreased appetite, vomiting, diarrhea, incoordination, changes in urination, or weakness while being treated with digoxin.
Not for human consumption. Keep all drugs out of the reach of children and pets. In case of suspected side effects or accidental ingestion or overdose, contact your veterinarian or the National Animal Poison Control Center at 1-800-548-2423 immediately.
