Vaccinations (shots) are vitally important for puppies and kittens, but at Blue Springs Animal Hospital your baby's visits are about much more than vaccinations! Raising a baby up to be a healthy, happy adult with an enjoyable adult temperment requires more than good healthcare.
Our Puppy and Kitten Wellness Plans provide a comprehensive and balanced program to help you meet all your new baby's needs.
Your new pet will receive the following during his or her wellness visit series:
- a "nose to toes" physical exam by a doctor at each visit to screen for developmental problems and make sure he/she is growing up healthy
- vaccinations against deadly puppy/kitten diseases
- testing for Feline Leukemia for kittens
- testing for potentially dangerous internal parasites (worms)
- complementary dose of dewormer and heartworm/flea preventative
- advice on everything from healthcare, to nutrition, to housetraining
- puppy classes and a puppy socialization program
